    People are always in pursuit of inspiration. I get People are always in pursuit of inspiration. I get it. I seek it too, in fact I wrote a post about it recently. What I’ve learned in my years of being a creative is that discipline carries me a lot further than inspiration ever has.

Inspiration comes and goes. The goal is to be not be at the mercy of inspiration but instead aim to harness creativity by being committed to working at it everyday. So when inspo goes missing here’s what you can do stay disciplined:

💥have a regular creative booster - read, draw, listen to a song that moves you.
⠀
🪐work through it — a writer? write three paragraphs daily, strengthen the muscle. Photographer? Snap everything.
⠀
🔮don’t give up — the weapon never said it wouldn’t form, but it did say it won’t prosper. Even if you don’t 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 like it, keep going.
