    How I’m looking at 2023. 2022 was a peaceful y How I’m looking at 2023. 2022 was a peaceful year for me. Purposefully. I wanted clarity, I didn’t want to make another move with the sole purpose of saying, “I did that.” I’ve spent much of my life in pursuit of achievements and reaching goals. While there is nothing wrong with that, sometimes we can get so focused on the goal we forget the reason we set it in the first place. So I got quiet. I didn’t aim achieve. I didn’t chase or pursue anything really. And it was hard. I felt like I was failing at times, I’ve felt useless at others but now 364 days later I can say I feel clearer than before on what I should be doing and who I am. I figured out that doing for the sake of doing isn’t forward movement. It’s merely going round and round starting and ending at the same place. The road to nowhere. As I look ahead to 2023, I feel at peace. I feel rooted. I feel ready to launch again. It turns out I did achieve.
