This Wednesday every restaurant in town will be full of couples holding hands across the table, making googly eyes at one another, and sipping wine in near darkness to celebrate their love. But before the evening’s festivities or maybe even in lieu of, there will be girl dates. Galentine’s Day is a nod to giving the friends in your life the roses they deserve while they’re alive and you should most certainly be cute for that date too. Buying all the cute things the dollar store had to offer I wanted to make sure that they felt loved from me. It’s something that meant a lot to me and still does. I think my girls are some of the most beautiful and intelligent in the world. For those that are in relationships and those that some man has yet earn the honor of their love, I want them to know that I love them. For me Galentine’s Day is about letting the women in your life know that with or without someone special in their life they are still worthy. Sending flowers, a card, or enjoying a brunch date are the perfect ways to celebrate and this look can be great for that.
