Yes, I know Thanksgiving hasn’t even come and gone yet, but who would know the way stores go straight from Halloween to Santa these days? I figure I may as well fall in line and that’s why this week’s color crush is one of my favorites. I am mad about plaid!

Perhaps it’s because I never had the white Christmas I’ve dreamed of, so when the season hits I try and go all out. From home decor to style choices, I am feeling like a holiday angel from Black Friday until January 5th. Then I finally give it a rest until next year. Plaid is one of those timeless classics that no matter how many times you see it, it is always on time. Personally I’m partial to red tartan plaid but Buffalo Check, blue tartan or even yellow can tickle my fancy from time to time. Like these shots from my Insta in shirt I found last year while on the hunt for a button down and a Zara find from a couple seasons back.
