It’s here! Seriously I feel like I have been anticipating the chance to say this for weeks – Fall. Has. Arrived.
In anticipation of this glorious season I’ve been trying to figure out what direction I want my wardrobe to go. If you’ve got an eye on the pulse you know embroidery, mules, and sheer are all the rage. And yes I do encourage jumping in and playing with trends but always, always with bits of you thrown in for good measure.
I put together a moodboard with some inspiration for you AND me, so that our outfits can start looking how we feel – ready for a breeze!
You can clearly see there is tons of denim, because let’s be real – no one is living well without good jeans. Or good genes, but I digress. I am on the hunt for the perfect high waisted cropped pant, a high waisted pair of cutoffs, and something with a dazzling embroidered appliqué.
Also in the fold are an array of vintage-esque concert tees like the Loewe option The Fashion Guitar is wearing above. Super dope. Here are a few options you can add to your closet: Motley Crue at Topshop, Guns n Roses, and Pink Floyd from Nasty Gal.
And of course the autumn standards like boots, suede, and fur will make an appearance because is always king. This year velvet boots are a must have, I’m dying to finally get these Adidas in my rotation, and I live in California so don’t judge – but I LIVE for fur.
Fall has always been one of my favorite times of the year, I think having my blog this go round has shown that even more.
