If you’re following me on Snap and there’s no reason why you wouldn’t be, right? – then you’re familiar with my cooking sessions entitled – “The Hautemommie EATS.” I whip up delectable dishes and that can be replicated in a jif. Lately I’ve been having a love affair with quinoa and it has replaced my beloved basmati rice. While I never disliked quinoa the way I loathe brown rice, it was certainly not one of my go to grains. But since I’m a lady on a mission to keep the MILF train running, a change had to come.

One pot meals make being healthy a little easier I promise you’re going to love this one. It’s got all the deliciousness that jambalaya has without making you feel like you’re going to burst at the seams if you have more than one bowl.
