I bet you never realized how versatile tulle skirts were when you were a little girl and had ballerina dreams. I’ll be honest with you – neither did I. Mainly because I didn’t enjoy wearing dresses as a child and had no life long goals of being in the chocolate nutcracker. But fast forward a few years later and I’m a fan of these voluminous beauties!
Tulle skirts have long been relegated to being for the stage and Swan Lake but as always fashion has taken it’s own liberties with costumes and made another ballet staple a style mainstay. I scored this skirt probably four years or so ago on a trip to Nordstrom Rack. That place has great gems!
I figured I had to give a little attitude to it because let’s face it – it was asking for it. And this leather jacket was the answer, I love this thing as you can see, see, and see.
