Sharing how to strive for clean beauty in your makeup cabinet or how to entertain fabulously, Glitter Guide is a go to destination for lifestyle. I was honored recently to have been asked to share my home for the site. I wanted to give you more of the unseen shots here but be sure to go check out the feature and the interview, it was a blast!
One thing I can say is that home means a lot to me and for years now I have wanted to make my house feel like more than just a place where my family eats and sleeps. I truly want to grasp a design aesthetic and start to feel proud of our space. Having my sister come in and help me achieve that for the shoot got me started. I would describe my home as a mix of bohemian with glamorous personal touches…
I was really proud to show off my kitchen, living room, and nursery spaces in our home. Unfortunately one of the rooms I really wanted to be a part of the feature wasn’t done in time. I would have loved to share my office space with the Glitter Guide readers especially as an entrepreneur who works at home daily. Having a space in your home as an entrepreneur is not something everyone gets to have, but it one of the things that is most important when it comes to getting things done. Hopefully I’m able to finish it soon and share it with you all here.
I’ve already received tons of messages saying that my Ikea shelves and the styling is the favorite part of my tour and I will say it is a favorite of mine as well. Secretly though there are so many times when I got frustrated but things weren’t just looking right. Thankfully my sister helped me figure out exactly where everything fit best and now I can say I’m pretty satisfied. This storage solution is great when you just don’t have enough cabinet space.
