Lately I have had the extreme pleasure of being a guest on some dope podcasts that are making waves in the digital space. From talking about brown girls making strides to entrepreneurship, marriage and all the things in between. As we all know podcasts have become the pinnacle of new media and it’s such an awesome way to put yourself in front of new audiences and connecting with other people. Luckily I’ve been blessed enough to be asked to participate and I want to share the episodes with you.

Brown Girls Rising

Brought to you by Audrey Bellis founder of Worthy Women started Brown Girls Rising last year as a way to share with the world what brown girls are up to. Along with Nylon en Espanol, she is introducing the masses to insanely creative women who are vying to change the world. You can check out my episode here: http://www.browngirlsrising.com/

The Hautemommie: An Element of Chic In Everything

I had such an amazing time talking about my thoughts on feminism and interracial relationships. Not to mention being able to chat with Audrey, it was awesome. Be sure to tune in and let me know your thoughts!

Married Milliennials

In addition to that I also sat down with podcasters, The LoveJays on their show “Married Milliennials” and talk about a good time! Generally I find it important for young couples, especially Black married ones to discuss their experiences with marriage. Primarily because we’ve been presented to the world in such a way that they are led to believe we don’t get married, which is far from the truth. Having these platforms to discuss relationships, love, creative based careers and even more offers a greater perspective on what is like for me as a young, Black, married entrepreneur.

You can tune into my episode here: Leslie on Married Milliennials

Plus you can listen as they talk with other talented folks like Lena Waithe and much more!

You all have heard me go on about my love of podcasts before, and fingers crossed I’ll be able to lead you to one of my own to listen to very very soon.

Until next time,
